You may pay your bill by mailing a check. Please make sure to detach the portion from your paper bill and enclose with your check in the envelope provided with your paper bill.

Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative allows you to pay your utility bill by American Express, Discover®, Visa®, or MasterCard® at any of our locations. We also accept credit card payments over the phone at no additional charge.

Tired of paying late fees and disconnect fees? If so, we offer Flex Pay – a prepaid metering solution that could lead to savings in monthly fees. With this program, there are no delinquent fees, late fees, disconnect fees, or reconnect fees. The deposit for this program is $50 if required.

Balance your budget by eliminating bill peaks and valleys. We average your current bill and the previous 11 bills and continue this cycle every month. The amount will not be the same each month.
