Average Billing

We offer Levelized Billing to our members with a good payment record for the 12 previous months.

The procedure is as follows:

We take the sum of your current bill and the previous 11 bills and divide this total by 12
The next month, the procedure will be the same

This amount will not be the same each month, but an average of the past 12 months.

You must live at your residence for 12 months before you may enroll in our Levelized Billing program so that we may pull usage data and calculate an amount to be paid each month.
