Are you in the market for a new heat pump, but you aren’t sure what size would be appropriate? Or, you need someone to explain the difference in SEER ratings?You are in luck. As a customer of Gulf Coast Electric, you have the benefit of this service for FREE. A Certified Market Representative from the Cooperative completes the Manual J Calculation. The Representative will go over your plans and compute the correct size heat pump based on criteria such as square footage, windows, doors, insulation, infiltration rates, and etc. If it is an existing home and you would like a Manual J Calculation ran for an upgraded unit, we will gladly come to your home and collect the data.
