Name: Betty Moore
District No. 1.
Composed of Calhoun, Jackson and Washington Counties and consisting of three trustees, two of whom shall be elected from Calhoun County and one of whom shall be elected from Jackson or Washington County. Trustees from this district shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 1.
A resident of Jackson or Washington County at large.

District No. 1.
Composed of Calhoun, Jackson and Washington Counties and consisting of three trustees, two of whom shall be elected from Calhoun County and one of whom shall be elected from Jackson or Washington County. Trustees from this district shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 2.
A resident of that portion of Calhoun County lying east of the Chipola River.
   
Name: Kinneth Daniels
District No. 1.
Composed of Calhoun, Jackson and Washington Counties and consisting of three trustees, two of whom shall be elected from Calhoun County and one of whom shall be elected from Jackson or Washington County. Trustees from this district shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 3.
A resident of that portion of Calhoun County lying west of the Chipola River.
   
Name: Waylon Graham
District No. 2.
Composed of Gulf County and consisting of three trustees, one of whom shall be elected from the White City area and the other two to be elected from the remainder of Gulf County. Trustees from this district shall be divided into the following groups and the trustees so elected shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 1.
A resident of the White City area which is described as being that portion of Gulf County, Florida, lying south of the Township line dividing Township 6 South and 7 South.
   
Name: Doug Birmingham
District No. 2.
Composed of Gulf County and consisting of three trustees, one of whom shall be elected from the White City area and the other two to be elected from the remainder of Gulf County. Trustees from this district shall be divided into the following groups and the trustees so elected shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 2.
A resident of the remainder of Gulf County at large.
   
Name: Eddie Jones
District No. 2.
Composed of Gulf County and consisting of three trustees, one of whom shall be elected from the White City area and the other two to be elected from the remainder of Gulf County. Trustees from this district shall be divided into the following groups and the trustees so elected shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 3.
A resident of the remainder of Gulf County at large.
   
Name: Rupert Brown
District No. 3.
Composed of Bay County and consisting of three trustees. Trustees from this district shall be divided into the following groups and each trustee so elected shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 1.
A resident of the Southport area which is described as follows: Bounded on the East side by the centerline of North Bay, Deer Point Lake and the Econfina Creek, on the North by the Bay County line, on the West by the extremities of the Cooperative lines, and on the South by the Gulf of Mexico.
   
Name: Jimmy Black
District No. 3.
Composed of Bay County and consisting of three trustees. Trustees from this district shall be divided into the following groups and each trustee so elected shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 2.
A resident of the Green Hills-Fountain area which area is described as follows: Bounded on the West side by the centerline of North Bay, Deer Point Lake and the Econfina Creek, on the North and East by the Bay County line, and on the South by the Township line dividing Township 2 South and Township 3 South.
   
Name: Robert Byrd
District No. 3.
Composed of Bay County and consisting of three trustees. Trustees from this district shall be divided into the following groups and each trustee so elected shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:

Group 3.
A resident of the Allanton area which area is described as follows: Bounded on the North by the Township line dividing Township 2 South and Township 3 South, on the East by the Bay County line, and on the South by the Gulf of Mexico, and on the West by the centerline of North Bay.
